Summary

Join Sauce, a leading restaurant technology platform, as a Website Builder! You will onboard new restaurants onto our platform using internal and external tools, configure restaurant settings, build attractive landing pages, design promotional flyers, and set up POS integrations. This role requires at least two years of experience in a similar position within the restaurant tech industry, proficiency in using Wix or Wordpress, and excellent design skills. You'll need strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Requirements

• At least 2 years in a similar position in the restaurant tech industry
• Experience building Web Pages on top of WIX or Wordpress platforms
• Good design skills and experience building flyers
• Experience with Back Office tools and customer configurations
• Experience with CRM tools and Ticket management systems such as HubSpot
• Problem-solving and effective communication
• Customer focused with positive attitude
• Patient and understanding with a high attention to detail
• Enthusiastic about learning new tools and systems
• Able to organize yourself and work remotely
• Able to fully communicate in English (Reading, Writing, and Verbally)
• Ability to meet deadlines and shifting priorities
• Resourceful, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Private working space with a steady internet connection
• Computer or laptop
• Keyboard and mouse, working webcam and headset with a microphone
• Primary 24” computer monitor

Responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurants to Sauce platform using internal and external tools
• Accurately configure restaurant settings according to predefined templates
• Build beautiful landing pages on top of WIX or Wordpress CMS systems
• Provide Flyers design to restaurant owners to promote their business
• Configure integration between restaurant POS and Sauce Platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Toast and Square configurations
• Work experience with startups (especially e-Commerce startups)
• Experience with Technical Support and/or QA
• Any technical background
• Additional 24” computer monitor
