Summary

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B marketing leadership role
  • Proven experience marketing hardware + SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
  • Experience leading demand generation campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and B2B customer acquisition efforts
  • Ability to manage multi-channel marketing programs, including digital marketing, video, podcasts, content, email, events, and PR
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics, CRM,and sales/marketing automation tools such as Segment, Customer.io, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Zapier, Chili Piper, and the like

Responsibilities

  • Develop a recognizable B2B brand for Mysa and consistently deliver that brand on the web, via socials, and podcast/video
  • Build the top of funnel for our sales team
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, social, and events) and ABM strategies to generate leads and engage decision-makers
  • Determine our trade show strategy and execute it
  • Provide B2B collateral such as case studies, ROI calculators and like
  • Provide sales messaging regarding key product features and benefits
  • Figure out how to engage with customers, build referrals, reviews, and advocacy, and get them talking with each other
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
