Summary

Join TIMOCOM, a leading IT and data specialist in the logistics industry, as a Backend Software Developer. As part of a remote-first team, you will work on the central authentication and authorization component, contributing to the development of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. Requirements

  • Have at least four years of professional experience in Java & Spring (Boot) development
  • Be proficient in clean code and test-driven development
  • Be comfortable in an agile and modern work environment (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD)
  • Have experience with databases (Postgres, Oracle), and JPA (EclipseLink, Hibernate)
  • Have experience with build processes and deployments (Gradle, Gitlab CI, ArgoCD)
  • Have initial experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Have fluent German and good English skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high availability of all TIMOCOM apps
  • Develop and implement new approaches, concepts, and architectures around our IAM
  • Consistently apply agile methodologies within the development team to generate and implement new ideas
  • Evaluate new technologies and thoroughly assess their implementation

Preferred Qualifications

Have initial experience with Kubernetes or the motivation to learn it
