Requirements
- Reliable
- Detail-oriented and self-organized
- Proficiency in common office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- DATEV knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English (business fluent, C1)
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders
- Create and send invoicing to our clients
- Supervise the purchasing process to ensure budgets are approved and respected
- Act as the first contact person for all accounting-related inquiries from colleagues, clients and partners
- Take over preliminary accounting tasks to support with the creation of monthly financial statements
