Summary

Join Toast, a restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt and thrive, as a Business Development Representative (BDR). As a BDR, you will create new business sales opportunities by researching restaurants in your assigned territory, creating outreach plans, and determining how they can benefit from Toast's digital platform. Daily outreach includes cold calls, emails, and social media touch points. With consistent high performance, you'll have the opportunity to pursue more advanced sales roles at Toast.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
  • Highly coachable and enjoys team collaboration
  • Naturally curious and resourceful
  • Previous Sales or Sales Internship Experience
  • Fully Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese

Responsibilities

  • Generate 2+ new business sales opportunities daily
  • Complete 65+ outreach activities daily
  • Research and prospect top/new restaurants in your territory
  • Coordinate new business meetings with Territory Account Executives and/or Inside Sales Representatives
  • Strategize with District Managers on their new business priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Collegiate Sales Competitors wanted!
  • Restaurant Experience a plus
  • Previous phone experience preferred
