Summary

The job is a temporary, remote Sales Development Representative role at Motive, a company that empowers businesses to manage their drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fleet-related spend. The role involves setting qualified meetings for Account Executives, serving as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers, identifying prospects' needs/challenges, and setting up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong work ethic and drive
  • Ability to handle rejection and persevere
  • Strong communication skills
  • Coach-ability and a team focused mindset
  • Bachelors Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails
  • Qualifying all existing leads, following up on existing opportunities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Identify prospects' needs/challenges and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Set up meetings/calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
  • Reschedule/follow up with prospects if meetings do not occur

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Previous cold calling experience is a plus
