Remote Business Development Representative

Summary

Promo Builder LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative with at least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar fields. The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, managing current accounts, developing relationships, meeting targets, customer support, and maintaining product knowledge. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Russian or Ukrainian, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient with CRM software and MS Office.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Russian or Ukrainian
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar field
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce)
• Proficiency with MS Office (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• WFH office set up or ability to work from office
