  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule cleaning staff for various client assignments
  • Utilize Acuity software to manage crew schedules and appointments
  • Respond to client emails and inquiries in English and Spanish
  • Communicate with cleaning crew supervisors regarding work completion and scheduling
  • Follow up with supervisors to ensure timely crew payment
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in English and Spanish
  • Address client inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Conduct sales calls to promote our cleaning services and secure new clients
  • Manage and send follow-up emails to maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new cleaners to ensure a reliable and capable team
  • Light management of social media platforms, including creating posts and interacting with community groups
