- Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail for accurate scheduling and follow-up
- Tech Savvy : Familiarity with scheduling and CRM software (e.g., Acuity)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule cleaning staff for various client assignments
- Utilize Acuity software to manage crew schedules and appointments
- Respond to client emails and inquiries in English and Spanish
- Communicate with cleaning crew supervisors regarding work completion and scheduling
- Follow up with supervisors to ensure timely crew payment
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in English and Spanish
- Address client inquiries and complaints promptly
- Conduct sales calls to promote our cleaning services and secure new clients
- Manage and send follow-up emails to maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new cleaners to ensure a reliable and capable team
- Light management of social media platforms, including creating posts and interacting with community groups
