Summary

Join 20four7VA as a Bilingual Customer Service Virtual Assistant supporting an insurance agency. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday position working within the CST time zone (9 am - 5 pm). You will handle incoming calls, assist with billing inquiries, follow up on missed payments, and perform general administrative tasks. Bilingualism (English and Spanish) is required, along with customer service experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and is proficient with technology. Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service
• No specific accounting or billing background required; general administrative experience is sufficient
• Familiarity with communication tools such as RingCentral
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient with technology and willingness to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with billing inquiries
• Follow up on clients who have missed payments
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed
• May involve outbound calls to collect payments
• Engage with clients in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems, particularly Agency Zoom and management systems such as EasyLinks, is advantageous but not mandatory
