Case Manager

Summary

The job is for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Remote Case Manager to work with attorneys in a fast-paced environment, reviewing and organizing medical records, interacting with healthcare providers and clients, drafting demand letters, and maintaining client information. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, and at least 2 years of experience in management or similar roles are expected.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in management, coordination, or similar roles
• Fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Experience with databases and familiarity with management tools

Responsibilities

• Review and organize medical and billing records
• Connect with healthcare providers to gather essential documents
• Interact with clients, collecting important documents like police reports and hospital records
• Draft demand letters and maintain client information in our CRM system
• Act as the communication bridge between attorneys and clients
• Stay on top of legal paperwork, filing liens, and preparing case summaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, flexible, and ready to tackle any challenge
• A reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) and a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Availability to work US business hours
