Requirements
- Fluency in English AND French
- Must have completed high school or equivalent
- Must have the ability to type 35+ WPM
- Internet speeds of at least 5 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download
- In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- A quiet and secure place to work
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
