Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! This full-time position requires fluency in English and Spanish and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and building trust. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, managing support tickets, and providing order updates. Prior customer service or inside sales experience is required, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Zoho or similar systems. After an initial 30-day on-site period in Cebu City, the position transitions to work-from-home.

Requirements

  • 1 –5 years of customer service or inside sales experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a neutral, professional accent
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable using Zoho or similar systems (CRM, ticketing, inventory)

Responsibilities

  • Answer 30+ inbound calls per day in English and Spanish
  • Create and manage support tickets in Zoho Desk
  • Provide updates on orders, shipping, and product information
  • Place customer orders during the call using Zoho Inventory
  • Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM
  • Walk customers through basic troubleshooting when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • A curious mindset β€” comfort with science or chemistry is a plus
  • Familiarity with IP phone systems like GoToConnect is helpful
