Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions simply
- Ability to comfortably type while talking (35+ WPM preferred)
- A passion for helping others with patience and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivation and a willingness to excel as part of a team
- Reside in Indiana and make a trip to downtown Indianapolis to pick up provided equipment
- Successful completion of a background check
Responsibilities
- Address inquiries about state taxes, repayment programs, and related services in both Spanish and English
- Provide clear answers and actionable next steps, guided by the comprehensive training we provide
- Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Document every case accurately and thoroughly in our ticketing software, ensuring exceptional follow-through
- Delight callers with patience, empathy, and top-tier supportโturning complex issues into simple solutions
