Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions simply
• Ability to comfortably type while talking (35+ WPM preferred)
• A passion for helping others with patience and a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivation and a willingness to excel as part of a team
• Reside in Indiana and make a trip to downtown Indianapolis to pick up provided equipment
• Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

• Address inquiries about state taxes, repayment programs, and related services in both Spanish and English
• Provide clear answers and actionable next steps, guided by the comprehensive training we provide
• Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Document every case accurately and thoroughly in our ticketing software, ensuring exceptional follow-through
• Delight callers with patience, empathy, and top-tier support—turning complex issues into simple solutions
