Working under the VP of Virtual Medicine and Operations, you will interact with customers and medical teams via text, phone, and email. This role requires bilingualism (English and Spanish), veterinary reception experience, and the ability to maintain a professional home workspace. Requirements

  • Be bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Have 1 year of Veterinary reception experience
  • Be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time
  • Have a home office or quiet space free from noise or distractions in your home
  • Be at a desk, ready to engage with a customer during the entire shift
  • Have high-speed reliable internet
  • Be willing to work weekend shifts
  • Be willing to work EST time zone
  • Live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN or TX

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, texts, and emails for all basic inquiries (Booking appointments, directions, general questions)
  • Transfer all medical questions to TeleAdvice Support team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Vetspire experience
  • Have Gladly experience
