Bilingual Customer Support

Requirements

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Experienced in managing B2B and B2C clients
• Be caring and supportive and able to put yourself in the customer's shoes
• Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Handle sellers' and buyers' concerns by email via Intercom in a timely manner
• Daily answer to a number of customer support tickets and requests
• Propose new ways to improve the user’s experience
• Escalate customer feedback regarding products and services

Preferred Qualifications

Have worked in Startups, e-commerce business and/ or call centers
