Summary
Join our team as a Spanish Bilingual Virtual Assistant! We offer a $25 client selection spiff and up to a $150 sign-on bonus. This remote position requires at least two years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role. You will manage calendars, emails, travel arrangements, and customer records, providing top-notch customer service. Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (oral and written) are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Communication Skills: Excellent English and Spanish (both oral and written, with flawless spelling and grammar)
- Organization: Solid organizational skills and excellent time management
- Availability: Able to work on a US time zone shift
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office), online calendars, and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Communication: Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Attitude: Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset
- Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
- Webcam: Working webcam
- Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
- Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps
Responsibilities
- Document filing and organization
- CRM Management
- Creating and Implementing SOP
- Email and calendar management
- Travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Manage contact lists
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
- Organize managersβ calendars
- Perform market research
- Create presentations as needed
- Address administrative queries from employees
- Provide top-notch customer service as the first point of contact
- Handle ad hoc tasks
