Summary
Join our team as a Spanish Bilingual Virtual Assistant and receive a $25 client selection spiff and up to a $150 sign-on bonus! This remote position offers job security, a supportive team, and career growth opportunities. You will manage various administrative tasks, including document filing, CRM management, email and calendar management, travel arrangements, and customer service. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a virtual assistant, excellent English and Spanish communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with various software and tools. Full-time and part-time positions are available in various US time zones. Non-U.S. based applicants only.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Communication Skills: Excellent English and Spanish (both oral and written, with flawless spelling and grammar)
- Organization: Solid organizational skills and excellent time management
- Availability: Able to work on a US time zone shift
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office), online calendars, and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Communication: Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Attitude: Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset
- Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
- Webcam: Working webcam
- Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
- Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps
Responsibilities
- Document filing and organization

- Creating and Implementing SOP
- Email and calendar management
- Travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Manage contact lists
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
- Organize managersβ calendars

- Address administrative queries from employees
- Provide top-notch customer service as the first point of contact
- Handle ad hoc tasks
