Summary
Join 20four7VA as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Support VA and provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with internal teams, meet performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. This Junior Level position requires fluency in both languages, strong communication skills, and experience in customer service (preferred). Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in Spanish and English

- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed support
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
- Stay updated on company policies, system updates, and service changes
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus
