Summary

The job is for a detail-oriented professional with 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance, or a related field. The role involves managing the entire billing cycle from signed contract to cash collection, ensuring compliance with contract terms, generating and managing invoices, overseeing the collection of payments, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and serving as the point of contact for billing inquiries. The salary range is $55,000 - $75,000 a year, depending on experience level and location. Requirements

• Have 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance, or a related field
• Be highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to improve processes
• Be comfortable working with billing software and financial systems
• Possess excellent communication skills and can effectively interact with both internal teams and external customers

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all signed contracts are accurately processed and transitioned into billing and invoicing
• Generate and manage invoices, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time
• Oversee the collection of payments, following up with customers as needed to ensure timely cash flow
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance billing and collection processes
• Serve as the point of contact for billing inquiries, both internally and externally
