Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing high-volume billing portfolios with 3+ years in a manager role
• Experience supporting billing transformation projects including billing systems and ERP system implementation as an ideal
• Advanced English level is required due to the nature of the job, which may involve communications and writing documentation in English
• ERP/CRM systems experience; SAP or Oracle & Salesforce experience
• Technology skills, including MS Office Suite, and an ability to use technology in work processes such as GenAI or RPA

Responsibilities

• Oversee the billing process for multiple regions, including North America and Spanish Latam
• Lead a team of supervisors and billing administrators, promoting a high-quality culture
• Represent the billing department in meetings, driving agendas that impact billing practices
• Build relationships with clients and senior partners to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with the finance team to align billing operations with financial goals and reporting requirements
• Partner with Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Finance Automation (GFA) groups to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy
