Billing Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of Billing experience
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and vendors
• High attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office  with strong Excel skills
• Ability to work well with the team and independently
• Effectively provide change management where necessary

Responsibilities

• Manage the team performing the monthly workflow for Invoicing for Time & Materials and Cost-Plus Contracts including: Review Employee Expenses
• Incorporate Subcontractor Invoices
• Ensure proper collection of Labor Costs
• Create Cover Letters
• Create any other supporting documentation
• Create Invoices
• Post Invoices in Unanet
• Monitor that all Invoices are Sent
• Ensure that all Invoices are Reviewed and Approved
• Correspond with vendors and Clients
• Month-end and year-end activities
• Evaluate the Billing Procedures specific to the needs of the Organization
• Participate in the development of a new ERP as a SME of the Billing Dept. For T&M and Cost-Plus Projects
• Other duties may be assigned by the Controller or CFO

• Compensation is commensurate with experience within the pay band of $68,000 - $88,000 /Annually
