Billing Support Specialist

Summary

Join airSlate's growing team as a Billing Support Specialist! You'll be the first point of contact for user billing needs, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and at least one year of experience in a support specialist position, preferably in billing. Requirements

• Have 1+ year of experience in a Support Specialist position, preferably in a billing role
• Possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
• Be fluent in English, with excellent grammar and writing skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have flexibility in work hours to accommodate the US market

Responsibilities

• Monitor a ticket/chats/calls queue
• Ensure key metrics are hit
• Establish reputation for excellent billing support during all sales and after-sales procedures
• Exhibit empathy and customer-centricity, understanding customer needs and pain points
• Be highly organized, able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively; meet task deadlines
• Effectively problem-solve, manage stress, demonstrate empathy, and utilize active listening skills; manage difficult questions and stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with implementing retention strategies
• Have a BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
