Responsibilities include handling accounts payable/receivable, generating invoices, performing bank reconciliations, administering payroll, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses proven bookkeeping experience, accounting software proficiency, and excellent organizational skills. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with strong accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in your work
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
• Available to work during US hours (Philippines graveyard shift)
• Must have your own laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet

Responsibilities

• Assist clients via email, phone and virtual meetings
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and keep financial records accurate and up-to-date
• Generate, verify, and issue invoices while resolving any billing questions
• Perform bank reconciliations and keep an eye on outstanding receivables
• Administer payroll with precision, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Work closely with internal teams to gather invoicing information
