Summary

Join Sleek as a Bookkeeper in our growing Accounting team in Singapore! Responsible for recording day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining records, preparing reports, and bank reconciliation. Requires degree/diploma in Accountancy, 2-5 years of experience with Singapore-based clients, proficiency in Excel and Word, experience with Xero, preferably as a Certified User, and software like Dext and Hubdoc. Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Accountancy- MUST!
• 2-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SINGAPORE BASED CLIENTS- This is a must requirement
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Excel and Word
• Experience with XERO- must. Preferably a. Certified User
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting processes
• Perform partial check of posting processes and perform bank reconciliation
• Enter data, maintain records, launch reports, process accounts receivables and payables, and assist to prepare the management accounts
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
• Create Xero Files, Dext and Hubdoc accounts, and communicate with clients
• Ensure on time lodgement of tax returns, and payroll

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with software like Dext and Hubdoc- PLUS
