Bookkeeper

Summary

Join our team as a QuickBooks Bookkeeper and manage the financial records for our client’s Airbnb properties and other real estate ventures. You will maintain accurate financial data, ensure timely invoicing, and track expenses. This remote position requires experience in bookkeeping for Airbnb properties or real estate, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and strong attention to detail. You will generate financial statements, handle invoicing and bill payments, and assist with tax filings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with QuickBooks, and experienced in managing finances for Airbnb or real estate businesses.

Requirements

• Experience in bookkeeping for Airbnb properties, real estate, or property management
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, with a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in tracking income and expenses from multiple sources
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle financial data across different business entities
• Reliable, with the ability to work remotely during US business hours

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks for multiple Airbnb properties and real estate ventures
• Track and categorize expenses, income, and payments related to short-term rentals and real estate
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting
• Generate monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and cash flow projections
• Handle invoicing, bill payments, and accounts payable/receivable
• Assist in preparing documents for tax filings and coordinate with tax professionals
• Support the general contractor business with job costing, expense tracking, and financial oversight

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with real estate or general contracting bookkeeping is preferred
