Summary

Join OLX as a Senior Brand Manager and lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing plan in Ukraine. Requirements

  • 5+ years in similar roles to brand management and product marketing, preferably e-commerce, retail, IT, Telecom, FMCG
  • Strong experience in driving impactful creative campaigns, developing excellent creatives, and aesthetic acumen
  • Deep understanding of global and local market trends, successful marketing mix, and strategic best practices
  • You are accustomed to working in the matrix- or other complex environments and are able to cope with a good degree of ambiguity
  • Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes
  • A KPI and results-oriented person, capable of driving both strategic direction and tactical optimization
  • Collaborative and honest – work with integrity as a valuable member of the virtual European team, sharing best practices and building on others' work to drive synergy, agility and pace of change across the sector
  • English level intermediate +

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and execute an integrated marketing plan in Ukraine to deliver business objectives, in line with the strategic priorities
  • Driving market penetration in Kazakhstan through the brand building, acquisition, and retention tactics
  • Develops and implements annual plans, strategies, and programs to drive category growth, having full responsibility for all communication with the agencies, key stakeholders, and partners
  • Creates proactive business action plans, as a response to market dynamics, collaborating closely and cross-functionally with all support and commercial functions
  • Lead & develop a local brand positioning, perception and identity beyond ATL, including PR & events
  • Ensure we consistently produce best-in-class copy and creatives that resonate with consumers across all touchpoints
  • Initiating and using marketing research according to the needs
  • Working with internal analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting an experimental approach to uncover new opportunities, optimize campaign performance and grow lifetime customer value
