  • Have a proven track record of scaling brands and delivering measurable growth through data-driven strategies and hands-on execution

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Strategy Development: Collaborate with teams to create and execute strategies that enhance the brand’s online presence and drive sales growth
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the execution of digital marketing efforts, including email, social media, influencer collaborations, and online ads to capture customer attention and drive engagement
  • Market Research & Growth: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies for better results
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Work with teams to design a seamless customer experience and enhance satisfaction through data-driven improvements
  • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Use tools like Shopify and Google Analytics to analyze website performance and customer behavior, identifying areas for optimization
  • Creative Content Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and connects with target audiences
  • Campaign Monitoring & Decision-Making: Track campaign performance using key metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • E-Commerce Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and integrate new innovations into marketing strategies
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring successful collaborations and outcomes
