Summary

Join Bad Marketing, a leading growth marketing agency, as a Google Ads Lead Generation Specialist. This role focuses on driving real leads for US-based service businesses using Google Ads. You will manage 20+ small-budget accounts, building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns daily within Go High Level. Success requires proven experience in local lead generation, specifically with service-based businesses. The ideal candidate is a performance marketer comfortable with daily budgets ranging from $33 to $100+. This is a fully remote position offering unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and ongoing training.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience focused solely on local lead generation
  • Proven success with 20+ small-budget service-based accounts
  • Familiarity with daily budgets of $33–$100 and maximizing results within those limits
  • Experience with call tracking, lead forms, CRM integrations (e.g., Go High Level)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Reliable internet connection and remote-ready workstation

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage Google Ads lead gen campaigns for local service clients
  • Research keywords and write compelling ad copy designed to drive conversions
  • A/B test creatives, headlines, ad extensions, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaigns daily and make proactive optimizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Account Managers, tech, landing page team)
  • Report clearly on results, CPL, and optimization opportunities
  • Troubleshoot issues with conversion tracking, form fills, call extensions, etc

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in automotive, home services, or med spa verticals
