You will manage 20+ small-budget Google Ads campaigns for local service businesses, focusing on lead generation. You will need 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in local lead generation, proven success with small-budget service-based accounts, and familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRMs. The role is fully remote with a salary range of $12Kโ$30K/year USD, unlimited PTO, and paid U.S. holidays. Bonus points for experience in automotive, home services, or med spa verticals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience focused solely on local lead generation
- Proven success with 20+ small-budget service-based accounts
- Familiarity with daily budgets of $33โ$100 and maximizing results within those limits
- Experience with call tracking, lead forms, CRM integrations (e.g., Go High Level)
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Reliable internet connection and remote-ready workstation
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage Google Ads lead gen campaigns for local service clients
- Research keywords and write compelling ad copy designed to drive conversions
- A/B test creatives, headlines, ad extensions, and landing pages
- Monitor campaigns daily and make proactive optimizations
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Managers, tech, landing page team)
- Report clearly on results, CPL, and optimization opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues with conversion tracking, form fills, call extensions, etc
