Summary

Join WRS Health, a leading provider of cloud-based EMR and practice management solutions, as their Marketing Brand Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating the company's brand positioning across all touchpoints. You will lead the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, and trust. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to crafting compelling narratives and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate is creative, passionate about storytelling, and experienced in brand development within the healthcare/health-tech sector. This is a remote position with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in healthcare, health-tech, or B2B SaaS industries
  • Proven success in developing and launching brand strategies or campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, digital health trends, and patient/provider needs
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to translate complex healthcare or tech concepts into simple, human-centered messaging
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with creative, marketing, and product teams
  • Experience collaborating on omnichannel marketing campaigns that deliver high value and engage target audiences successfully
  • Experience in graphic design, brand management, and basic web development
  • Proficiency in using brand strategy tools, audience insights, and analytics platforms
  • Experience working with HIPAA-compliant or regulated healthcare products
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, GA4) and digital channels (SEO, social, paid media)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Strategy, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with our core healthcare audiences (providers, payers, patients)
  • Define and maintain brand voice, positioning, messaging pillars, and visual identity
  • Collaborate across teams to translate technical features into clear, benefit-driven messaging
  • Lead creative direction for key brand campaigns and product launches
  • Serve as the primary liaison between product and marketing, staying immersed in the product to deeply understand features, functionality, and value propositions
  • Own first-touch brand messaging when a new product or feature rolls out—evaluate the competitive landscape, understand audience pain points, and craft strategic messaging to drive engagement
  • Conduct competitive and audience research, including audience segmentation to inform brand positioning and differentiation
  • Maintain brand assets (e.g., style guides, updated logos, product collateral, etc.) on an ongoing basis
  • Partner with content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and customer touchpoints
  • Support internal branding initiatives to align employees with the company mission and values
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, awareness, and trust
  • Ensure all communications comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards (HIPAA, FDA, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree is a plus
