Summary
Join ZigZag as our Sales and Marketing Lead and drive client acquisition and brand growth. You will develop and execute innovative sales and marketing campaigns, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure sustainable revenue growth. Lead digital marketing initiatives, manage the end-to-end sales process, and build a high-performing sales ambassador network. Track key performance metrics, collaborate with leadership, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. This role requires a proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or professional services
- Proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation
- Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets for ZigZag’s services
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, social media, and content marketing
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain a high-performing sales ambassador/referral network, leveraging performance-based incentives
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., leads generated, conversion rates, revenue growth)
- Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions and go-to-market plans
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, creative) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with performance-based sales models and referral/ambassador programs is a plus
