You will oversee the creative team, manage social media presence, spearhead lead generation efforts, and handle public relations initiatives. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on B2B marketing
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Experience with project management and budget management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of VPP's brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
- Manage the creative team, including a graphic designer, to produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content, social media graphics, etc.)
- Develop and curate engaging content for VPP's social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance
- Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns, including targeted advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
- Track and analyze lead generation performance to identify areas for improvement
- Manage marketing presence at industry conferences, including booth design, staffing, and promotional materials
- Plan and execute marketing activities for annual company-wide event
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to build brand awareness and position VPP as a leader in the veterinary industry
- Secure media coverage in relevant industry publications
- Manage and optimize VPP's digital presence, including website, blog, and online advertising
- Improve search engine visibility through SEO and SEM initiatives
