Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years leading technical marketing teams (SEO, content, paid media, analytics, etc.) with a proven record of driving results
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-backed strategies
• Experience mentoring and managing skilled professionals, holding teams accountable, and inspiring high performance
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to align teams and deliver on strategic priorities
• Naturally inquisitive and willing to dive deep into marketing performance, trends, and team challenges

Responsibilities

• Guide, support, and hold accountable a talented technical marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and clear performance metrics
• Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns (organic, paid, social, email, and video) that deliver measurable impact
• Regularly review KPIs, analyze campaign data, and implement data-driven strategies for optimization and growth
• Work seamlessly with creative teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to align on messaging and execution
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, nudging the team to innovate and test new ideas
