Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, or paid media
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social media ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and data visualization tools
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates)
  • Participate, and in some cases own, creating content
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize performance
  • Build an audience and encourage customer engagement
  • Respond to comments on posts in a professional manner
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy
  • Research and identify new paid social opportunities to enhance brand growth
  • Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes to stay ahead in paid social advertising
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and reporting
  • Generate performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in either Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Blueprint, or HubSpot
