Requirements

• Possess a complete degree (irrespective of the course, all trades are valid)
• Have good communication and strong persuasive skills
• Be creative in exploring new perspectives and proposing ideas to boost the results of real estate agents
• Focus on improving projects and processes
• Have a keen business sense and be able to perform detailed analysis of the performance of your portfolio of real estate agents and draw actionable insights and winning strategies, independently
• Have knowledge and skills with performance indicator analysis
• Demonstrate strong leadership for a team with complexity and different skill sets
• Be available to work hybrid in São Paulo

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed the performance metrics of your portfolio of real estate agents
• Analyze and bring insights about the performance of each real estate agent using dashboards and other data tools provided
• Develop a strong understanding of the tools, processes, and value proposition of QuintoAndar and reinforce this regularly with real estate agents and their assistants
• Guide and supervise real estate agents and their assistants on acquisition and offer conversion strategies
• Build and establish a trust-based relationship with real estate agent owners, internal teams, and assistants, and drive the adoption of QuintoAndar's processes and products
• Conduct online and in-person meetings with real estate agents to evaluate their operations, manage relationships, and increase results
• Facilitate and supervise testing and discovery with real estate agents as needed
