Business Analyst

Join Collective[i], a private 100% remote company, as a Business Analyst and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the company. You will work closely with various departments to automate and visualize data related to OKRs, KPIs, and other team-specific metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related role
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data
• A passion for AI and innovation, with a strong desire to stay at the cutting edge of industry developments
• Experience working with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• A growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering) to understand their data needs and provide visualizations that enhance their decision-making
• Design, develop, and automate reports and dashboards that track key metrics such as OKRs and KPIs
• Help select, implement, and maintain a data visualization platform to ensure accessible and actionable data across the company
• Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and present data from various internal systems
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and optimization based on data insights
• Contribute to occasional client-facing data analysis to help illustrate the value of our platform
