Requirements

• Self-starter, passionate about changing the US healthcare landscape through AI
• 3-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar. Experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of payer and provider landscapes preferred
• Strong analytical thinking skills, intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills to analyze large datasets
• Strong PowerPoint storytelling
• Strong executive presence, including top-down written and verbal communication styles

Responsibilities

• Curate, extract, and analyze large datasets into actionable strategic business recommendations
• Influence executive leaders towards decisions that drive growth for our organization
• Support the demonstration of Covera’s impact on healthcare outcomes to our customers and partners
• Build relationships across the organization to drive top-priority cross-functional business initiatives forward
• Translate evolving business context into clearly framed problems and solutions
• Manage concurrent workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
