Summary
Join a dynamic fintech company and contribute to its growth by translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to guide feature development. Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to prioritize and deliver product enhancements. Ensure product reliability, security, and compliance through robust testing processes. Communicate product updates and timelines to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid role in payments , fintech , or transactional platforms
- Deep understanding of payment gateways, card acquiring, PSPs, APMs, and the digital payment ecosystem
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to a range of stakeholders in a clear and structured way
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting market data and user behavior to drive product decisions
- Familiarity with payment regulations (PCI DSS, 3DS2, SCA, etc.) and fraud/risk management considerations
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Figma, SQL, or similar
- Confident English and fluent russianΒ with experience using both languages in professional environments (e.g. meetings, documentation, stakeholder communication)

- Understanding of API design and integration patterns (RESTful APIs, Webhooks, etc.)
