Summary

HR Professionals is hiring for remote or on-site Business Analyst roles. The selected candidate will administer projects, assess new technology solutions, develop business case analyses, ensure fiscal responsibility, generate reports, manage project dashboards, and work with stakeholders to determine and refine requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in engaging with stakeholders to ascertain business requirements, creating requirement documents, and use cases for technological solutions
• Competence in appraising technological solutions to satisfy business needs

Responsibilities

• Administer and organize projects for business solutions
• Assess new technology solutions to fulfill business requirements
• Develop business case analyses for solutions that meet office needs
• Ensure fiscal responsibility in project evaluations
• Generate project frameworks, spreadsheets, reports, and assignments
• Manage, construct, and employ project and portfolio dashboards
• Work with stakeholders to determine and refine requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 8 years in project management or business analysis roles
• Skilled in project planning, organization, reporting, resource allocation, budget assessment, and providing status updates
• Experience in the design and implementation of project and portfolio dashboards
