Based remotely in Colombia, you will play a pivotal role in a major new agency partnership, working across core product areas like Account-Based Ticketing, Payments, and Agency Portals. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and agency stakeholders to translate business needs into user-focused solutions. Contribute to the successful rollout of a landmark project and help evolve a platform reshaping fare payments globally. This role requires proven experience as a Business Analyst in a tech environment, excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in a tech-led or software product environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English , with a mindset of empathy and clarity
- Strong analytical skills, able to break down complex requirements into practical, value-driven solutions
- Confident working directly with external stakeholders: facilitating workshops, presenting proposals, and managing expectations
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and cross-functional product teams
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts and working with APIs or configurable platforms
- Excellent communication skills, you bring clarity to complex conversations and bridge the gap between business and tech
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with agency partners to capture business goals, user needs, and system requirements
- Translate customer needs into detailed, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define solutions that are scalable, flexible, and aligned with Masabiβs product strategy
- Support engineers, designers, and QA teams through the full delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate alignment between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and shared understanding
- Contribute to feature development across one or more key areas: Account-Based Ticketing, Payments, or Agency Portals
- Document workflows, configurations, and integration points to support implementation and ongoing evolution
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mobility, transit, payments, or regulated industries is a bonus, not a must
