Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in an analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused role
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insights for non-technical audiences
  • Passion for improving the U.S. healthcare system through transparency and innovation

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of analytical solutions to strengthen strategy and execution across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product
  • Assist in translating raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
  • Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Help define, document, and monitor critical metrics and KPIs
  • Contribute to presentations and materials that communicate findings to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in ad hoc analyses to answer important business questions and uncover opportunities for improvement
