Summary

Squadio is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, developing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research, creating reports, and presenting findings. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
