Remote Business Analyst

Summary

The job is a remote Business Analyst position at Trusted Media Brands' Content Acquisitions Department. The role involves data analysis, vendor management, and process optimization. The employee will work from home but should be in proximity to the Gurgaon office for occasional visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL
• Knowledge of admin functions of Jira/Atlassian or similar products
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques and a proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Looker
• Knowledge of Zapier automations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems with limited guidance

Responsibilities

• Analyze user journey data to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements
• Collaborate with managers and employees to identify operational enhancements and implement solutions
• Research and analyze data to create reports, make recommendations, and forecast
• Implement and enhance automation tools (like Zapier) to increase process efficiency
• Communicate internally and externally on vendor relations, legal documentation, and product/tool enhancements
• Utilize tools to create and maintain workflow/process documentation (like Visio, MS Suite, Google Suite)
• Lead the organization and standardization of internal documentation, external communication templates, tools, and processes
• Service as the technical and operational admin our complex workflow tool

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a Jira administrator is a plus
