Summary
Join M+R as a Business Analytics Manager in our Shared Services Area, supporting nonprofit clients. You will analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements using data modeling and analysis. Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a finance or analytics role
- Proven ability to project manage and support various stakeholders of varying seniority
- Experience utilizing Google or Microsoft Suite to develop complex models
- Demonstrated ability to utilize tools and systems to produce error free work
- Experience analyzing data, reporting, and making recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to run meetings to identify project goals and ensure successful outcomes
- Ability to communicate persuasively in a way that articulates your ideas and conveys your expertise, whether on the phone, in-person, or in writing
- Demonstrated commitment to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to gain trust and give respect to others through honesty, integrity, kindness, empathy, and authenticity
- Acute attention to detail and demonstrated ability to prioritize time to meet deadlines for multiple projects

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business development leadership developing analytics and data-driven insights to support the companyโs growth initiatives
- Analyze market trends to identify and pursue opportunities that drive business growth, such as market expansion, new product development, or customer acquisition
- Develop analytical models to assess the potential impact of various growth strategies
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business development initiatives and maximize ROI
- Develop and manage retention analytics and reporting
- Track contract renewals and retention rate management
- Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting and Business Leadership, acting as a strategic partner on decision making
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within operational workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements
- Monitor the impact of process changes and make adjustments as needed
- Provide data entry and reporting support for staffing operations, including weekly data imports and updating monthly close/end reports
- Maintain staffing system and timekeeping system, updating titles, categories, and adding new positions
- Do your part to help us run smoothly, including carefully tracking all of your hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience utilizing Workday Adaptive, Sage Intacct, and Tableau
