Business Analytics Manager

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a finance or analytics role
• Proven ability to project manage and support various stakeholders of varying seniority
• Experience utilizing Google or Microsoft Suite to develop complex models
• Demonstrated ability to utilize tools and systems to produce error free work
• Experience analyzing data, reporting, and making recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to run meetings to identify project goals and ensure successful outcomes
• Ability to communicate persuasively in a way that articulates your ideas and conveys your expertise, whether on the phone, in-person, or in writing

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business development leadership developing analytics and data-driven insights to support the company’s growth initiatives
• Analyze market trends to identify and pursue opportunities that drive business growth, such as market expansion, new product development, or customer acquisition
• Develop analytical models to assess the potential impact of various growth strategies
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business development initiatives and maximize ROI
• Develop and manage retention analytics and reporting
• Track contract renewals and retention rate management
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting and Business Leadership, acting as a strategic partner on decision making
• Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within operational workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements
• Monitor the impact of process changes and make adjustments as needed
• Provide data entry and reporting support for staffing operations, including weekly data imports and updating monthly close/end reports
• Maintain staffing system and timekeeping system, updating titles, categories, and adding new positions
• Do your part to help us run smoothly, including carefully tracking all of your hours

Experience utilizing Workday Adaptive, Sage Intacct, and Tableau
