Business Compliance Specialist I

Summary

Join Rackspace Technology as a Business Compliance Specialist in Hungary for a fixed-term contract! Maintain compliance with established standards, guidelines, and audits, ensuring adherence to local, federal, state, and internal regulations. Manage contract emails, investigate customer contracts, prepare contracts for signature, and maintain monthly reporting. You will also handle document filing, archiving, and distribution. This role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent English is a must, and German is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Handle contract e-mail inbox: managing request from internal Sales teams in relation to customer contracts
• Investigate and follow up on customer contracts in our internal customer contract software
• Prepare customer contracts for internal signature process
• Scan, re-upload and fill contracts into internal contracting software system
• Be the main point of contact for customer contract validation team and work closely with the team based in India and USA
• Maintain and investigate differences on monthly reporting
• Organize signature/countersignature for NDA and other compliance documents following our standard processes
• File/archive hard copy of documents per entity for all International (INTL) entities
• Upload documents in CSC (internal software system) for INTL entities
• Distribute and coordinate post for INTL entities received by email
• Support Compliance Manager who is based in Zurich on adhoc requests
