Summary

The job is for a 100% remote Business Development Analyst position at phia, a small business in Northern Virginia. The role involves supporting various administrative aspects of business development, tracking solicitations, managing customer relationships, and contributing to department knowledge base maintenance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales, marketing, or similar role (internship experience acceptable)
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint, CRM Software (or ability to quickly learn)
• Willingness to attend occasional in-person events, meetings or worksessions in the DMV area
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Support various administrative aspects of business development and proposals
• Assist with proposal activities including scheduling, coordination, knowledge capture and documentation
• Track solicitations and identify business opportunities
• Help manage customer relationships
• Monitor government intelligence platforms, manage and update CRM/Sales Pipeline systems
• Contribute to department knowledge base maintenance
• Complete data calls, requests for information, and market surveys
• Attend pre-bid meetings, project reviews and industry events as needed
• Provide business development support
