Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in Web3 (preferably at a start-up), with a track record of success
  • Be a self starter who will proactively undertake work and pursue opportunities, in line with the team’s objectives
  • Be a high integrity representative who understands the importance of delivering exceptional, white-glove service to partners and collaborators
  • Possess time management and analytical skills to evaluate priorities, ensure efficient resource allocation and delivery of numerous multiple workstreams within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent communication (verbally and written) and relationship-building skills to manage external and internal stakeholders
  • Be comfortable networking across a range of communication channels and have the ability to tailor networking style dependant on platform
  • Be crypto native: have hands on experience onchain and a strong understanding of concepts, products, and culture
  • Have high conviction on the need for privacy onchain

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a structured lead generation process (inbound and outbound) to identify, qualify, and engage new opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to prospective and existing partners, providing support, regular check-ins, and identifying areas for collaboration
  • Support the creation of compelling business cases, proposals, and pitch decks to secure high-value partnerships
  • Gather relevant data and information to inform strategies and help coordinate internally and externally to keep deals on track
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads, partnerships, and deal progress, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and other teams to optimise partner solutions, drive lead-gen, and address challenges efficiently
  • Stay up to date with key industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape to inform BD strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have an existing network within the industry
  • Have experience working with a technical or privacy focused product
