Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance or Accounting preferred)
- Proficiency in various ERP and CRM systems; Tax and Accounting software is a plus
- 4-7 years of experience in sales and customer support
- Proven ability in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Business Development
- An excellent level of written and spoken Business English and Turkish
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems
- Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, and teamwork
- Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard procedures are required
- Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES (EST)
- Traveling might be required
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective leads and maintain a holistic, data-driven view of their overall experience with every team, product, and service at Manay CPA
- Generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Lead Business Development efforts and collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop strategies that align with prospective clients' goals
- Develop and implement new sales channels to reach untapped markets and drive revenue growth
- Analyze data and collaborate with other departments to drive business
- Strengthen partnership channels to achieve sales targets generated from these collaborations
- Manage day-to-day relationships with our diverse portfolio of clients
- Act as the primary contact of a large client base; respond effectively to client questions and issues and recognize trends across the partner groups
- Build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders within the client organizations to understand their strategic goals
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Manay CPA systems, thoroughly understanding the underlying technologies and communicating those features to current and future clients
- Solve client-related issues, always focused on a win-win solution for all involved
- Develop and maintain engagement systems to measure and improve client satisfaction
- Provide feedback and present solutions for various aspects of operations, always maintaining a customer-focused view
- Manage multiple projects concurrently ensuring goals and targets are being met
- Work to inspire, motivate and engage the commitment of others
- Prepare and deliver compelling company presentations to various stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry groups
- Represent Manay CPA at different events and visits. Coordinate with other departments to ensure events are smooth and successful
- Other responsibilities within the scope of the position may be required from time to time
Preferred Qualifications
- Some accounting and finance experience in a CPA/Auditing firm is highly preferred
- An interest in, or knowledge of, streamlining the accounting and reporting functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax is a plus
