Summary

The job is for a Business Development Associate intern in Catalunya, Spain. The role involves helping the team drive the growth of the business by identifying and prospecting new leads, account mapping, research, staying informed about market insights, ensuring initial contact with decision-makers, utilizing all available channels to contact potential clients, developing best practices within the team, and working closely with international teams.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or a comparable course of study
• Strong hunting mentality, team spirit and willingness to deliver
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Parallel work on different projects is no problem for you
• Creative, a real team player and enjoy working in an international environment
• Organization and time management skills
• Curiosity, intellectual flexibility and willingness to achieve objectives
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in English and Catalan

Responsibilities

• Help the team drive the growth of the business by identifying and prospecting new leads
• Account mapping: Identify prospects, stakeholders, and represent the relationship in a visual way
• Research and identify potential leads
• Stay informed and leverage market insights/trends
• Ensure initial contact and meetings with decision-makers and the sales team
• Utilize all available channels (email, phone, social media, etc.) to contact potential clients
• Develop and communicate best practices within the team

Preferred Qualifications

• First experience in a B2B environment with a high affinity for the tech industry
• SaaS product company experience is a nice to have
