Summary

Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within business development, private equity, corporate development, or investment banking
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience managing and producing high-volume output efficiently and accurately
- Genuine interest in finance and investment strategies, along with a basic understanding of financial concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented in maintaining a clear focus on achieving set goals through strategic action
- Tenacious in following through on tasks and initiatives until they are successfully completed
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Proactive problem solver, self-motivated, and a strong work ethic
- Adaptable to changing priorities, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Eager to pitch in wherever necessary to support deal origination and drive results
Responsibilities
- Source investment opportunities for our clients through targeted outreach
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with founders, CEOs, board directors, investment bankers to unlock and secure new investment opportunities
- Work alongside senior dealmakers to gain hands-on experience in the deal process, from initial discussions to finalizing transactions
- Develop and leverage a thorough understanding of financial statements, terminology, and analyses (with minimal to no financial modeling)
- Work closely with the greater team to determine relevant deals across the client-base
