Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the government contracting space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitive landscape, and industry trends
- Utilize various strategies and tools to generate new leads and potential markets for business expansion
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Create and maintain a repository of business development materials such as presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing the necessary materials to support business development activities
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including client contacts and the status of proposals and negotiations
- Assist in the preparation of reports on business development activities, outcomes, and ROI analysis
