Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, healthcare, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the pharma sector, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and forging key relationships
• Established networks and relationships within pharma companies, including with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
• Deep understanding of pharma industry trends, regulations, and initiatives
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making within government organizations
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development initiatives, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic pharma industry
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving innovation and making a positive impact on public health outcomes within the pharma industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the adoption of Hippocratic AI solutions within the assigned pharma companies
• Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including digital/IT, commercial, R&D, and medical affairs, to identify partnership opportunities and drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor Hippocratic AI's offerings to meet pharma companies' unique needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with pharma executives, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and drive value for both parties
• Stay informed about the pharma industry trends, regulations, and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
• Represent Hippocratic AI at pharma conferences, meetings, and events as a trusted advisor and advocate for our company and products
